How long does my repair take?

Usually your device will get repaired within a week. Delays can occur if spare parts are not available or even if the detection of the fault is more complicated than expected. Our customer service team will of course always contact you if any delays are expected.

Do you also repair other brands?

We are authorized service partners for the mentioned brands.

However we of course also do repairs for other brands, but we will need to make sure if original spare parts or schematics are available. Please feel free to contact us anytime if you have questions about repairs for other brands.

My device shows this or that failure, what´s the price for the repair?

Please understand, that our technicians first have to take a look inside the device. After that we can determine failures, costs and whether we are able to give warranty on our repairs. We don't have all-inclusive set prices. Our repair costs are based on fair labour rates per hour.

Even a high quality device can have an easy defect, that doesn't have to be calculated with a high all- inclusive- price.

What if my device is delivered and damaged?
